By purchasing any eBook (PDF) from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. About Our Products

We sell digital eBooks in PDF format. Every purchase of the PDF book includes EPUB and MOBI formats free of cost, so you can read the book on any device — Kindle, mobile, tablet, or computer.

All files are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

2. Pricing

The price of our eBook is ₹299 (Indian Rupees). This is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the downloaded files.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price shown at the time of your purchase will be the final price applicable to that order.

3. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI app
  • Bank Transfer — NEFT / IMPS

UPI ID and Bank Account details are provided on the payment instructions page after you submit your order.

4. Order & Delivery Process

After submitting your order and making the payment:

  • Send us the payment screenshot on our WhatsApp number or Email (provided on the payment instructions page).
  • Once we receive and verify your payment screenshot, we will send you the download link within 1 hour.
  • The download link will be sent to the email address you provided while placing the order.

Please make sure your Gmail / Email address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect email addresses.

5. Refund Policy

Since we sell digital products (eBooks), our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refund is only possible before the download link is sent. If you change your mind before we deliver the link, you can request a full refund.
  • No refunds after the download link has been sent. Once the download link is delivered to your email, the product is considered consumed and cannot be returned or refunded.

To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp or Email with your order details before we send the download link.

6. License & Usage

When you purchase our eBook, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to:

  • Read the eBook for personal use
  • Store the file on your personal devices

You are not allowed to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the eBook with others
  • Upload the eBook to any public website, forum, or file-sharing platform
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the content
  • Use the content for commercial purposes without written permission

Any violation of this license may result in legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All eBooks, content, images, and materials available on this website are the intellectual property of Sapne Corporation. They are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

We respect your privacy. The information you provide (name, email, mobile number, location) is used only for:

  • Processing your order
  • Sending you the download link
  • Contacting you if needed regarding your order

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party.

We are not responsible for:

  • Any technical issues on your device that prevent you from opening the files
  • Any loss arising from misuse of the eBook content
  • Any financial decisions you make based on the content of our eBooks
